For this reason, we’ll perform all that for you at no cost!Our highly capable technical team representatives will transfer your web site content from your present web hosting provider to us. Our technicians have got extensive experience migrating websites and are able to handle everything – from a conventional WordPress–based weblog or Joomla^™–based site, to an extremely complex, custom–built app.

A: There are many aspects to keep in mind – the overall amount of web files, the size of the database, the complexity of the web site itself and the present workload of our website migration experts, etc. However, we do our best to implement all website migrations within a 48–hour period. Smaller web sites are migrated much faster – typically in less than 24 hours.

A: We’ll require the login details for your current hosting provider’s Control Panel and the web site’s name (domain name).

A: Client privacy is one of our chief concerns – that is why, both our payment transaction page and our Control Panel login page are secured with enterprise–class Secure Sockets Layer certificates. We employ security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, digital and administrative operations to protect the info that we obtain online. A: Your web site will work just like it did before with your former web hosting provider. Once we are through with the migration, your website will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we’ll alert you to preview it. If everything is functioning properly, all you will need to do is edit the name server records for your domain name. Your web site will be transferred over to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: Nope. We will never touch base with your hosting provider about anything at all. They will not be aware of the web site migration either.

A: Yeah. We support all traditional Linux–based hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven hosting platforms, as we do not offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Additionally, we do not support proprietary web site building and administration tools like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
